In the will of Henry Lowe, late of Mudgee, in the Colony of New South Wales, storekeeper, deceased. NOTICE is hereby given, that after the expiration of fourteen days from the publication hereof in the New South Wales Government Gazette, application will be made to this Honorable Court, in its Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, that probate of the last will and testament of the abovenamed deceased, who died on the 13 th day of February last, maybe granted to James Lowe, of Inverell, in the Colony aforesaid, storekeeper, the sole executor in the said will named.—Dated this 7th day of March, A.P. 1884.
