They had nine children in 21 years. He died on November 20, 1922, in his hometown at the age of 75, and was buried there.
Note regarding year of death - monument pictured on findagrave clearly says 1922 but I found him on the 1930 census living with his daughter Annie and her family. So that's peculiar...
