When Annie Bell Lowe was born on March 11, 1882, in Pickens, Alabama, her father, James, was 34, and her mother, Molcie, was 36. She married Robert Lee Price in 1903. She died on September 8, 1965, in Reform, Alabama, at the age of 83, and was buried there.
