Simon Lowe, also known as Simon Fyfield, was the son of Ralph Lowe alias Fyfield of London.[1]
His date and location of birth are uncertain, but he was likely born around London before 1520 based on him making rental payments as early as 1538.[2]
His home was on the River Thames on the northeast side of Old London Bridge.[2][3][4]
He married Margaret Lacy, daughter of Christopher Lacy. They had at least six children together:
-his daughter Elizabeth Andrews and her children (unnamed)
-his friends Henry Jones, doctor of the civil law, and John Rogers, citizen and grocer of London, (overseers)
-his man, Henry Crowthe
-his servant Katherine Gregory
-witnesses: Ro: Atkinson, John Barrett, doctor of physick, John Rogers
-Property in Northampton and Surrey, and his house at London Bridge
