Minnie Belle Lower was born 11 June 1869 in Polk County, Missouri. [1] She was the daughter of William Lower and Elvira Carter. She passed away 10 September 1923 in Polk County, Missouri. She was interred in Barren Creek Cemetery, Fair Play, Polk County, Missouri. [1]
