Biography
Peter Lowes was born on February 28, 1843 in Harsum, Germany to Christian Lowes and Johanna Fornkahl.[1]
Peter married Johanna Hannah Fornkahl (his first cousin on his mother's side) in 1870 according to the 1900 census.[2]
According to the 1900 census, Peter lived with Hannah and their children, Henry, August, Addie, William, and Annie, in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.[2]
Peter died on September 8, 1917 in Jackson, Missouri.[1]
He is buried in the Arnsberg Cemetery in Arnsberg, Missouri.[3]
