Biography
John was born in 1821. He was the son of David Lowman and Margaret Joseph. John Joseph was baptized in St. John's Church, Augusta Co., Va., 20 Jul 1822.[1] John married Nancy Cecil in 1846.
He passed away in 1864. [2]
