Biography
Luke Lowther was an alderman of Dublin who died in 1699 [1]. His will was dated 30th December 1698[2]. He was Lord Mayor of the city from 1680 to 1681[3].
On 21st April 1699 William Fownes was elected alderman in his place[4].
