Timothy Loyd Jr. of Monmouth received a license to marry Lydia Gordon of Monmouth dated 6 Aug 1740.[1]

Research Notes

Hornor has the following for Timothy Jr., though anything he writes needs to verified by primary sources (he's been incorrect with other Monmouth families and mostly repeats what he was told).

"Timothy Lloyd (2), supposed son of Timothy (1), is believed to have married Lydia, daughter of Charles Gordon. Their children were: Peter (6), bp. 6-24-1742; David (7); Patience (8), bp. 7-2-1738; and, probably, Lydia (9), who married William Gordon."[2]

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Timothy by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Timothy:
