Biography
Jakob was born in 1818 in Markt Schweinitz, Bohemia, now Trhové Sviny, Czech Republic.[1] He is the son of Mathaeus Loydolt and Catharina Francisca Waniek. According to an addendum to his birth record he died in 1870 either in Petersburg or Jechnitz, today Petrohrad, okres Louny in the Ústecký kraj, and Jesenice u Rakovníka, okres Rakovník in the Středočeský kraj, respectively, Both towns are close together and used to be in the historic Žatecký kraj. A death record could not be found so far.
