Domingo Lozada Y Medina was born around 1925 in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico to Pascual Lozada Y Diaz and Bruna Lopez Y Medina.[1] Early on his father Pascual worked in the cane fields to support his family.[2] Pascual eventually became a retailer around 1935 with Angel and Domingo working in the business.[3] Although Domingo would soon after 1940 become a carpenter, working in that trade from 1941 to 1966 when he died. He married Lydia Lopez and they moved to a rural part of Carolina, Puerto Rico. Domingo died in Rio Piedras, San Juan, Puerto Rico on 12 November 1966 of heart disease. He was buried in the Las Piedras Municipal Cemetery[4]
