Orville was born in 1921. He was the son of Charles Lucart and Ada Bourelle. He passed away in 2000.
1st wife: Patricia Jean CRAIG Children: Craig, Steve & Toni 2nd wife: Helen Alvina KRUSE Married 30 Nov 1979 in Hubbard, Dakota, NE. They had no children.

Obituary from the Sioux City Journal: Orville E. Lucart Orville E. "Chevy" Lucart, 78, of South Sioux City died Monday, Feb. 7, 2000, at a Sioux City hospital. Services . . Mr. Lucart was born Oct. 13, 1921, in Walthill, the son of Charles E. and Ada M. Lucart. He married Patricia Jean Craig. She died in 1958. He then married Helen A. Kruse on Nov. 30, 1979. in Hubbard, Neb. He was employed at the Sioux City terminal for Northwestern Railroad, Goldenrod Hills in Walthill and later as a custodian at South Sioux City Post Office. Survivors include his wife; two sons, a daughter and her husband, five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
