John Lucas married on 12 Sep 1787 in Prince Georges's County, Maryland to Rachel Belt, [2][3][4] widow of Elisha Duvall. Rachel brought one child, Sophia Duvall, to the marriage. [5]
John Lucas married Precious Chambers on 14 Dec 1801 in Montgomery County, Maryland.[6]
On 20 Dec 1809 Precious Lucas, widow of John of Montgomery Co, MD, renounced all claims to any bequest devised to her by the late John Lucas' will and she elected to take her dower or legal share. (see inventory of John Lucas estate 15 Jan 1810.)[6]
He died in October 1809 in Montgomery County, Maryland, USA.
