Petitioner, who resides at Muswellbrook. was married to tho respondent who was a laborer at Manilla on November; 28, 1898, according to the rites of the Methodist Ohurch. On December 13 1915, respondent enlisted and went into camp at Narrabri. They were then living at Warialda.
