Ancestry family trees are not acceptable sources; and family data collection is not an acceptable source (it is not itself sourced). Also, it would be really helpful if page numbers could be given when citing Martha McCourt's book. The biography above appears to be copied verbatim from other sources and seems to contain contradictory information: one paragraph (for example) says he moved to Southold in 1675 and the next paragraph says he moved to Southold in 1698. Maybe a lot of this should be moved to a research notes section instead of being in the biography?

The picture of Eleazer Luce appears to be a photograph. Photography didn't exist until 100 years after his death, so that cannot be a photo of him.

Luce - 509 needs to be merged into this profile. I can't seem to get my system to initiate the merge.
