ADDITIONAL SOURCE: FHL #1009032 GENEALOGICAL DATA RELATING TO WOMEN ON THE WESTERN RESERVE BEFORE 1850. Hubbard, Trumbull Co., Ohio pge 22. It gives her husband's name as J. Cannon and says she moved to Pennsylvania.

LETTER: Letter from Fran Sommerfeld, 21713 Lake Road, La Grange, California 95329 dated April 8, 1999. She is a descendant of William N. and Lydia Luce Cannon.

NOTE ON DEATH: Martha McCourt's book says that Lydia Luce died in Oct 1851 on page 191. It is the only source we have for her death. She appeared in the 1850 census, but we haven't found her after that. In Mrs. McCourt's book on page 77, there is another Lydia Luce -- sister to David Luce. It says she died Oct 1851 in the South. Could someone have mixed up these two Lydia's?
