You should find some information about Robert's family. Robert was born around 1666/1667 in Londonderry Ireland and settled in Lancaster, PA in Martric Township. He moved to Salisbury, NC (Rowan Co.) with his family. I am descended from his daughter Ann who married Samuel Hillis. There is a copy of his will out there somewhere. He had a large family (lots of sons) and his two brothers are buried in Rowan Co. , NC. After the Rev. War his family moved to Kentucky (with their Hillis cousins) and then to Tennessee. There is a book written by Ann Colvin Luckey about the Luckey family in Tennessee (Gibson Co.)
