WikiTree profile Luckey-28 created through the import of NEWEST BACKUP_2011-10-12.ged on Oct 13, 2011 by Season McMillan.
There had been no activity for this profile since its creation in 2011. After repeated attempts to contact Season McMillan with no response, Gary White accepted the orphaned profile in June 2015 and re-worked the profile to its present form. Redundant citations were consolidated and areas of differences which could not be reconciled were noted but kept. Most references to undocumented Family Trees were removed as I don't consider them reliable sources. Gary H White

I agree! Both Aunts were great women and wonderful Sisters of Charity. Here is some information on each one.
Sister Georgia of our Communications Dept. will send you pictures of the graves.
Florence---Sister Lucy Ignatia entered the S.C.’s in 1911. After making her vows, she was sent out to teach. For the first 14 years she taught in elementary schools in Ohio, Tennessee, and Michigan. In 1927, she became a “business teacher.” She worked in schools in Ohio and Michigan until 1972 when she came to Mother Margaret Hall, our retirement facility here at the Motherhouse.
Sister died Oct. 6, 1988 at the age of 94.
Kathryn---Sister Marie Clare entered the S.C.’s in 1916. After her first vows, Sister was sent out to teach—a few years in elementary schools, but chiefly in high schools in Ohio, Michigan, and New Mexico. After retiring from teaching in 1969, she spent 5 years working in a high school library. In 1974, she came to the Motherhouse and eventually to Mother Margaret Hall.
Sister died on March 6, 1982 at age 84.
Note that the two Luckey girls spent at least 10 years together in their last years.

God bless you.
