Biography
He was baptized as Owen B. Decoursey on 17 Aug 1907 (date is a few days before date at FAG) at Jackson Township, Van Wert, Ohio. His parents never married, he was raised by his Decoursey grandparents. 1910 Census his last name is Ludwig, on the 1920 Census his last name is Decoursey.
