On the 1841 census, John and Mary were living in Tolls,, Redruth, just a couple of doors away from John's parents, and next door to the Luke family, Mary's mother and siblings..
Now a widow, Mary and her children had moved back to Redruth when the 1871 census was taken, and were living in Gilbert Coombe again.
