Mary Luken was born to Jan Lukens & Maria/Mary Gastes (Tyson? Doors?) on the 18th of January 1693/4 in Pennsylvania. This date comes from a transcription of Jan Lukens' Bible. In the US from 1684-1705, the dates of the children's births, the 1st month was March and not January. The Bible transcription cited was on this website. [1]
She married John Jarret [Gerritt], [possibly the son of Peter Jarrett and Mary Elizabeth Hardy] on the 29th of October, 1712 at the Abington Monthly Meeting, Montgomery, Pennsylvania. The marriage was reported at the 27 November meeting in 1712. [2]
Together they had five children - Nathan, John (1718-72), Mary (before 1722-after 1759), Hannah (1726-?), & Sarah (1728-?)
John Jarrett passed way in 1768 and Mary passed away about 1772.
In Quaker records, Jan's Bible and last will and testament, and even secondary sources from the late 1800s, I have never seen Mary Pauline, only Mary. While many German speakers had middle names earlier than English speakers, generally they used the middle name in documents because all the sons were Johann ____ (Johann Sebastian Bach, for example, and all his kids...)
The following abstract of Mary Jarrett's will was originally obtained from rootsweb, and is now available on the internet archive's wayback machine, but the Spencer book cited had a more complete version:
will of JARRETT, Mary Dated Ninth mo, 22nd 1772
Be it Remembered that I Mary Jarret of the Township of Horsham [etc.] widow of John Jarret of the same place aforesaid deceased, being weak in body [etc.] My will is that all my just debts [etc., be paid.] Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Hannah Spencer my riding mare and my iron pip'd stove . . . unto Jarret Spencer, my grandson, all my bonds and cash, and my Large Bible . . . unto my Grand Daughter Mary Spencer all my Beds and Bedding thereunto belonging, and six silver tea-spoons . . . unto Samuel Spencer my grandson a colt of three years old . . . unto Mary Tomkins, my Grand Daughter, my best gown and quilted petticoat . . . also unto my Daughter Hannah Spencer afforesaid all the residue and remainder of my Estate. [Grandson Jarret Spencer, Executor. Signed Ninth month 2 2, 1772.][4]
Rootsweb omitted the granddaughter Mary Tomkins, her granddaughter Mary Kenderdine, and that gives a before date for Mary's marriage to Benjamin Tomkins. Mary's husband's will mentions granddaughter Mary Kenderdine, so they married after his will was written.

Actually the Jan Luckens book has her name as Mary Lucken with a birthday of 18th of the 11th month, 1693 - which I believe is actually not November but we need to calculate according to Quaker dates.
She was married 10.29.1712 to John Jarrett and it has d. 1722. The 1722 must be an error as she is listed as having kids born in 1718, 1726 and 1739. On WikiTree there are listed two dates of either 1792 or 1772. Off hand it seems like 1772 would be more likely, to live to be 79 instead of 99 years old. Though anything is possible. I would suggest the 1772 date as that is more likely to be a type of 1722 as well.
