Biography

Anne Lumley was the daughter of Margaret Plantagnet and Sir Thomas Lumley, Esq.,[1] She was the paternal grand-daughter of the Yorkist king, Edward IV and his mistress, Elizabeth [-- surnamed perhaps Lucy or Wayte --].[2]

She was born around 1481.[citation needed]

Marriage

Anne married twice, into two different branches of the Ogle family:

  1. Robert Ogle, 4th Baron Ogle (d.1529).
  2. (c. 1532) George Ogle of Hirst (fl. 1526 - 64).[3]
