I am not sure if you have this information so I will post it for you. If your GEDCOM has more than 5,000 profiles it will need to be split. You can read more about splitting a GEDCOM here. We also use the GEDCOMpare process now. The GEDCOMpare process guide has tips on how to use the data in your file most efficiently.
