Biography
I am the older of two sons born to Bobby Luna and Elizabeth Day Ratcliff. My father's job moved us around a bit: from my birthplace of Jackson, MS to Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Lousiana, and Alabama, before returning to Mississippi. From there I enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and in the course of a 20-plus-year career, I married, had two children, divorced, and moved around some more: Colorado, Louisiana, South Korea, Florida, North Carolina, and Germany. Upon leaving service, I settled in Alaska, where I've lived for almost 22 years.
