"PIONEER SETTLER'S DEATH The death occurred at Waitoa on Saturday morning of Mr. Geo. Lusby, aged 75 years. Deceased lived in the district 30 years, coming out under engagement to. Grant Foster, who placed a batch of emigrants at Shaftesbury, near Te Aroha. Deceased left a family of seven. sons and four daughters" [4]
