Biography

Electra Myrtle Luttrell was born about 1894 or 1895. She was the daughter of Mat Luttrell and Rachel Roy.

Her name shows up as Electrie, Electie, Lecta, and Electia. It probably also shows up as as Electa and other similar variants.

Note: According to Find-a-grave, she was born in 1886, however, according to census records and her death certificate, she was born in 1894 or 1895, so I would put her birth year between 1894-1896, assuming that 1886 was a typo for 1896. Although I have personally been to Birdie Russell Cemetery, I was looking for Birdie Russell and Tryeacy Norris at the time, and failed to note what Electrie's headstone actually said. It is possible that her headstone actually says 1886. If it does, it was probably an error. Until either someone adds a photo or visits the cemetery again, the birth date above will be left blank in light of this disparity.
