Sarah Mary Luttrell was born in April 1820 in Franklin County, Tennessee. She was the daughter of James Henderson Luttrell, Sr. and Mary Polly Halsey. She passed away before 1847 in Randolph County, Arkansas.
Sarah married Caswell K Blount in April 1837 in Randolph County. They had two children: Nancy Caroline Blount (b 1839) and Mary E Blount (b 1844). Her two daughters are living with Caswell and his second wife Lucinda on the 1850 census.[1] Sarah's exact death date is unknown but Caswell married again in March 1847.
