Biography

Mary (Lynch) Carbery was born in Ireland.

Mary was born before 1808 in Ireland, the daughter of John Lynch and Sarah Unknown. She was probably born near Dunnamanagh, Donaghedy Parish, County Tyrone, where her future husband lived.

She married William Carbery before 1826. They had one child in Ireland and subsequently emigrated to the United States, living first in New York state and then moving to Boston.

Mary died on the 11th of April 1859 in Boston.

The 1796 Flax Growers' List for County Tyrone, available at Ulster Ancestry [1] lists several people in Donaghedy Parish who could be relations: Daniel Lynch, Francis Lynch, John Lynch, Susanna Lynch..
