William Austin Lynch, of Meade, died at St. Elizabeth's hospital Saturday afternoon after an illness of two days. He had been working in Hutchinson for several weeks. Mr. Lynch was born April 28, 1886, in eastern Kansas. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Elsie Lynch, and a daughter, Elsie Mae Lynch, both of the home in Meade; two other daughters, Mrs. Raymond Gressly of Hugoton; and Mrs. Frank Perry of La Veta, Colo.; two sons, Sgt. William Austin Lynch, Jr., stationed at Del Rio, Tex.; and Corp. Laured L. Lynch, now in Italy; two sisters, Mrs. Nye Thurston of Paonla, Colo., and Mrs. Ed Cunningham of Hugoton; and one brother, R. E. Lynch of Hugoton. Funeral services and burial will be at Hugoton.
