Martha E. Lynn, daughter of Dempsey and Penelope Lynn, was born in Tattnall County, Georgia about 1844. She is found with her parents in 1850 at the age of 6 and with her father and stepmother in 1860, 1870, and 1880 at the ages of 15, 23, and 35, respectively. She died on 16 May 1900 and was laid to rest in Love's Chapel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Glennville, Tattnall County. An image of her gravestone is on her Findagrave memorial.
