William Lyon of Woodstock, yeoman died intestate and on 24 November 1741, his son William Lyon of Woodstock was granted the administration of his estate.[4]

His inventory was taken on 23 November 1741 in Woodstock.[5]

  • Woodstock was part of Suffolk County, Massachusetts, until 1731 when it became part of Worcester County, Massachusetts. In 1749, Woodstock became a town in Windham County, Connecticut.[6]
