Aaron was the the fifth born child and son of Ephraim Lyon and Abigail Crosby.[1] He was born, probably in Roxbury, in about 1718. He was baptized Feb 16, 1717-18 according to church records.[2] Like his brothers, he was a minor upon his father's death. He also chose his Uncle John (Crosby) as guardian. Aaron died in Shrewsbury in 1743.
On May 26, 1743, (brother) Thomas petitioned the court for the appointment of (brother) Josiah as administrator of Aaron's estate "late deceased in his majesty's service". Josiah was Aaron's sole creditor (Worcester Probate Records).[3]
Aaron Lyon of Shrewsbury, husbandman died intestate and on 19 May 1743, Josiah Lyon was granted the administration of his estate.[4]
In 1746, his brothers, Thomas and Amariah signed receipts for their share of his estate.[5]
