Biography
Lydia was born in 1835, in Halifax, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Obadiah Lyon and Sarah Paddock. Lydia's father died in 1846. In 1850 Lydia and her siblings are living with the widow Sarah, in Halifax, Massachusetts.[1]
On 3 July 1860, Lydia married John Watson, the son of William Watson and Margaret Holbrook, in Stoughton, Massachusetts.[2]
In 1880, the family is living in Randolph, Massachusetts. John works in a boot factory.[3]
