Probate

His will is dated 5 March 1798 in Weston and proved on 15 June 1801. He mentions Isaac Lyon, Ezekiel Lyon, his wife Mary, Thomas Lyon, Gershon Lyon, Daniel Lyon, Abram Lyon, Eunice Turney, wife of Benjamin Turney, and Sarah Merritt, wife of John Merritt.[3]

His inventory was completed on 1 August 1801 in Weston.[4]

In 1802, his estate distribution was set out to Isaac Lyon, Thomas Lyon, Gershom Lyon, Daniel Lyon, Ezekiel Lyon, Abraham Lyon, Eunice Turney, wife of Benjamin Turney, and Sarah Merritt, wife of John Merritt.[5]
