Biography
Phoebe was born 17 Feb 1782 to Simeon Lyon and his wife Phoebe (Bobbett) Lyon. She migrated with her husband Ziba Jackson from Rockaway to Ohio about 1807 and were some of the first settlers in that area. Ziba is mentioned (here) as being influential in encouraging his parents and siblings to follow him to Ohio. Phoebe (Lyon) Jackson passed away 11 Jul 1836.
