Blanche was born and baptized in Memramcook on 3 Oct 1814. She is the daughter of Jérôme Léger and Marie Rose Cormier.[1][2] Her godparents were Israël Léger, her uncle, and Anne Landry, her aunt.
She married Pierre BELLIVEAU (David & Henriette Babineau) in Memramcook on 18 Jan 1836. Dispensation for 3-3 and 4-4 consanguinity were granted.
She passed away before 4 Oct 1859.
