Biography
Modeste was born in Memramcook on 18 Jan 1813.[1][2] She is the daughter of Pierre Leger and Marie Cormier. She married Thaddée LeBlanc, son of Joseph LeBlanc and Marguerite (Gaudet) LeBlanc in Memramcook on16 Aug 1830. She passed away in Memramcook on 16 Feb 1885.[3]
- In the 1871 census Modeste (age 58) was recorded as widowed in Dorchester, Westmorland, New Brunswick.[4]
