Anna Maria Maack was born June 10, 1795 in Poggensee, Stormarn, She was the daughter of Hans Maack and Anna Sander.

She married Jochim Hinrich Roden (1795-1864) on September 27, 1817, in Stormarn, Schleswig-Holstein, Deutchland. They had 9 children.
