Biography
MACDONALD (DONN)
Two brothers, ALEXANDER and William, came to this country, and settled at St. Andrew's. William married later, and settled at Caledonia Mills.
Alexander [Chisholm], who married Catherine Chisholm, daughter of Archie; Lismore, whose descendants were:
- Rev. Archibald, for many years parish priest of Judique;
- Rev. John, parish priest of Heatherton, Pictou, who died several years ago;
- Austin married to Catherine Fraser;
- Valentine married to Lydia Chisholm (farmer);
- Christina married to Alexander Chisholm (West River);
- Isabella, married to ALEXANDER MACDONALD, son of Alexander (Donn);
- Margaret married to Alexander MacKenzie (Harbour).
