McGregor-1273 and MacGregor-528 do not represent the same person because: One of these men died in Nova Scotia and the other in Scotland. They may be related, but I don't think they're the same person.

McGregor-1273 and MacGregor-528 appear to represent the same person because: According to a family tree (unsourced) that I have, James McGregor married Hannah Wade and his parents were Jean and John MacGregor
