Biography

Ann MacDonald, daughter of Donald MacDonald and Jessie Fraser, was born at 5 p.m. on December 11, 1888 on Boreray, North Uist, Scotland.^[1] Her father, Donald, was a general merchant.^[1] The informant for her birth was her cousin, Archibald Macdonald.^[1]

Research Notes

Her birth register states that her parents were married in North Uist on January 11, 1883.^[1]
