Alexander married Elizabeth Graham on 20 May 1851 in Perth, Perthshire, Scotland, United Kingdom.[3]

Alexander immigrated Oct 1 1854 to Deseret, having departed Jul 12 1854 from Scotland. He was born Sep 15 1825, died Mar 21 1903.[1]

In the 1870 census Alexander (age 45) was in Ward 1 Provo, Provo, Utah, Utah, United States.[4]

In the 1880 census Alex (age 54) was the married head of household in Mesa, Maricopa, Arizona Territory, United States.[5]
