On 18 August 1866, Elvira's husband, Christian, is a widower, remarried to Elvira's sister, Ellen Mace, per information from Mike Weaver of Pike County, Missouri. His nickname was "Cushion" or "Cush" Hostetter. He, both of his wives, and probably some of their children were buried in a little cemetery on Christian Hostetter's farm, but none of them ever had stones.
On Ellen (Mace) Hostetter's Profile is the Record of the 1870 Census showing only her as the parent.
