Arthur was born in 1932. He was the son of Clifford Mack and Jessie Jacobs.
He served in the US Air Force for 30 years. earning the rank of Chief Master Sergeant and was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Hemet.[1]
He passed away in 2009 and was buried in the Riverside National Cemetery.[2]
