Phebe was the daughter of Abihu & Ann (Fuller) Mack
She married Dyer Higgins, son of Jedediah & Dorothy (Cone) Higgins, on 17 Nov 1791 at East Haddam, Middlesex, CT
Their children were Stephen, Julius, Dyer II, William, Hugh, Edmund Cone, Zerah, Phebe Ann & Fuller Higgins (all of the children were born at East Haddam, Middlesex, CT)
After their children were born the family moved to NY
Phebe is buried at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Perry Center, Wyoming, NY
