Hilda Marion Morell Mackenzie's birth was registered in Marylebone, Middlesex in the first quarter of 1871[1].
From The Morning Post (London), Monday 13 March 1871: BIRTHS. MORELL-MACKENZIE.-On the 9th inst., at 13, Weymouth- street, Portland-place, the wife of Dr. Morell-Mackenzie, of a daughter.
Hilda married Frederick Slade on 14 February 1900. Their marriage was registered in Marylebone in the first quarter of 1900[2].

SLADE-MACKENZIE.-On Wednesday, 14th inst., at Marylebone Church, by Archdeacon Aglen, assisted by Canon Oakley Coles and Canon Barke, Frederic Rupert Slade, youngest son of the late Colonel W.H. Slade, 5th Lancers, to Hilda Marion Morell, second daughter of the late Sir Morell Mackenzie.
Hilda died on 30 December 1914. Her death was registered in Wokingham in the first quarter of 1915[3]
