Biography
David Robertson Maddox was born 23 Apr 1800 in Laurens County, Georgia. He was the son of Lewis Maddox and Mary Sparks.
He appears as head of household on the 1850 census[1] with his wife Elizabeth and their children John, Jacob, Nancy, Nathan, Eliza, Rachel and David.
