Biography

John Henry Madej was born on May 16, 1909 in Amsterdam, Montgomery County, New York, USA. John is the son of Andreas Madej and Marja Fura. He became a U.S. citizen on Feb 21, 1921.[1] He married Jennifer "Jennie" Stolpinski (born in Schenectady, New York) on Aug 31, 1935 at the age of 25 in Schenectady, Schenectady County, New York. John and Jennie had one child, John "Jack" Anthony Madej.

John died on Dec 25, 2002 in Schenectady, Schenectady County, New York. He was buried at the Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery in Niskayuna, Schenectady County, New York[2]
