Henry , son of John Madison and Mary Unknown, was born before 1659 if he was the Henry Madison and Co. who shipped 3999 pounds of tobacco from Virginia to England on 8 Aug 1671.[1][2][3] He probably died after 1722 when reference to him on a patent did not call him deceased.[2]
On 29 Nov 1680, Henry son of John Madison sold 415 acres to Nicholas Ware at New Kent County, VA.[2][4] He was justice of King William County, VA, in 1702.[3] He is probably the one called "trusty friend" by Isabella Madison (wife of John Jr) in 1706.[1]
He should not be confused with his nephew Henry Madison-137 son of John Madison Jr and Isabella.
