Magruder-442 and Magruder-40 appear to represent the same person because: Although the dates differ, they are the same person because the parents for both are Hezekiah Magruder and Susannah Talbot/Talbott. Daniel m. 1) Sarah Barry and 2) Eleanor Davenport.

Sarah Barry, b. 24 Feb 1764, d. 1797, is listed as both sister (Barry-434) and spouse (Barry-2139) of Daniel Magruder. Which is she? If sister, then her profile should list her as a Magruder. If spouse, then what documentation exists, and what is the correct spelling of her last name? Kimball G. Everingham's Genealogical Database on Rootsweb shows that Dr. Daniel Magruder m. 1) Sarah Berry about 1788 (no location given), m. 2) Eleanor Davenport in 1798 (Berkeley, Virginia, now W. Virginia). K.G. Everingham is also a WikiTree contributor.
